This is a really great introductory yoga video. It’s a continuous hour and very relaxing.

Being without a gym recently, I really feel out of sorts from not lifting. Being without frisbee, it’s worse because I don’t sprint either.

On the other hand, it’s an incentive to do yoga regularly. When I structure my day well, I follow either this set (easy, stretching focused) or one of Sadie Nardini's power yoga videos (muscles, cardio).

There is a great metaphor at the beginning of the video: every yoga practice is like putting a single drop of food coloring into a glass of water. It’s barely noticeable, but after a year of one drop a day, the water will be totally blue. We over-estimate the short term and underestimate the long term.
